Sacramento Region Chair – Zenny Yagen
Lion Zenny joined the Maharlika Lions Club in 2010 after retiring from the State of California. She has held several positions in the club, including President and serves as their LEO club advisor and as the Sacramento Region LEO Coordinator. Lion Zenny also serves as the Board Secretary for the Northern California Lions Sight Association and on the Board of Directors for the Lions Education Foundation (Youth Outreach/Leo’s).
She was born in Manila, Philippines and moved to Sacramento at the age of six, with her mother and siblings to join her father who moved here two years earlier.
Lion Zenny takes great pride in her three sons/two daughters; and is a very proud grandmother of nine. Her four-year-old granddaughter, Alie, has been initiated to Lions as she attends the LEF meetings with her. She introduced two other granddaughters, Jazelle and Mackenzie, to KUBs and also brings them to some of her club projects.
Crocker Zone Chair – Mark Steffens
Representing: Embarcadero, Capitol, Senator, Land Park Breakfast, Mabuhay, and Metropolitan
Lion Mark has been an Embarcadero Lion since 2013, LPCCI President and trustee, LPCCI and District 4 C-5 Crab Feast Chairman, volunteer puppy raiser, breeder and caretaker with Canine Companions for Independence since 1993. He is currently raising his 18th puppy.
Sutter Zone Chair – Victoria Debord
Representing: Delta,Elk Grove, Galt, Valley Hi, Pride of Laguna Creek, Maharlika, Golden State, and Hornets Campus
Lion Vickie is 2nd Vice President of Maharlika Lions Club. She is the project chair for feeding the hungry at Loaves and Fishes and the Kindle Reading Project. She received the District 4-C5 Secretary of the Year in 2015. Lion Vickie is also a Board Member of NCLSA. She is a regular volunteer at My Sister’s House, working with the clients. Lion Vickie is also active in the Filipino Community. She retired after 35 successful years with AT&T.
